Light to medium body white wine with low acidity and a natural light sweetness. Flavors of peach, tangerine and a hint of mango.

This wine has a distinctive bright yellow color and aromas of yellow apple and starfruit with subtle tastes of tropical fruit and apple with smooth lightly acidic lemon finish.

The 2022 vintage expresses a delicate nose of black cherry, smoke and clove. Lightly tannic with notes of slate, dark berries and leather with a lingering soft finish.

This soft medium bodied red hits the nose with scents of anise and blackberry. Tastes of raspberry lead to a lingering finish of coffee and slate.

From the High Plains, it is a blend of two great growers, 2/3 Tokio Vineyard and 1/3 Lektmann Vineyard. This is a medium body wine with rich color and lovely aromas of plum and tobacco with earthy notes. It has light minerality and tannins with flavor notes of black cherry, herbs, pepper and hints of leather and tobacco.

1969 is a fabulous blend of West and East Texas Vineyards. It is a 30% field blend from Pella Legna (East) and 35% Tempranillo and 35% Malbac both from Tokio Vineyard (High Plains). This is a dry wine that expresses notes and aromas of black cherry, currants, oak, spice and a little smokiness.

This fruit forward Cabernet yields bold expressions of black cherry, currants and plum. Aromas of dark berries, white pepper and graphite.

It is a well rounded, balanced wine with aromas of smoky oak, black pepper and dark berries.  The intriguing flavor profile features black cherry and hints of dark chocolate and black tea.

This wine has a wonderful inky color with great legs, aromas of stone fruits and tastes of blackberry, raspberry and hints of licorice. The blend is Petite Sirah, Syrah and Ruby Cabernet.

This is a sweet blended Rose, 20% Muscat Canelli and an 80% blend. The 80% blend is 50% Cinsaut, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Tempranillo and 3% Merlot. Tickles the nose with scents of orange blossoms and spring flowers. Flavors of strawberry and cranberry blend with yeasty sweetness.

The English translation of Giallo is yellow. This beautiful light yellow wine is lightly sweet with a floral nose and tastes of pineapple, orange peel and apricot.

A fresh, slightly sweet wine exhibiting a floral bouquet with whispers of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango & pear.

This medium-bodied, medium-acidic wine contains 3% residual sugars and is a wonderfully refreshing blend of Muscat Canelli (60%) and Malvasia Bianca (40%). Aromas of citrus, white peach, and light floral notes lead into tastes of stone fruits, ripe pear, honey and finishes with a hint of orange zest.

This is a lightly sweet bubbly is made with Primitivo grapes (closely related to the Zinfandel variety) and is stainless steel aged.

This sweet bubbly has natural peach flavoring and a Pinot Gris base.

This lightly dry bubbly is a custom varietal created by UC Davis. It is a cross between Muscat Alexandra and Grenache Gris and is stainless steel aged.

Sweet berry aromas give way to flavors of pomegranate molasses with a hint of honeysuckle.

This Ruby style fortified wine has wonderful aromas of black plum, dried cherry and chocolate and tastes of sweet black fruits, chocolate and spice.

This mature and structured Tempranillo boasts great balanced flavors of red fruit, lightly toasted coconut and peppercorn with aromas of earthiness, red plum and oak.

Full-bodied and complex, this deep garnet Cabernet blends spicy scents with blackberry, caramel and leather. Flavors of dark fruit, vanilla and sweet tobacco linger in a long satisfying finish.
